These following foods are some of the top power foods and they all have the ability to fight against free radicals and prevent cellular ageing because of their antioxidant properties as well as boost your immunity!

Bok Choy
will give more than 50% of your day’s recommended dose of vitamin C in 1 just 1 serving

Barley
Thee top source of beta-glucan which has the ability to lower your cholesterol.

Baby spinach
2 cups will give you 3 times your  recommended amount of  vitamin K

Black beans
